Working Links offers specialist support to local unemployed people in the Thornhill area, which is free and confidential. We are a new Team and have been working in partnership with Thornhill Plus You to provide the best possible service to anyone thinking about starting work. Since April 2000, Working Links has helped nearly 85,000 people back into suitable and sustainable jobs.
What’s on offer?
Everyone who qualifies for help will get their own personal consultant, who will spend time getting to know them and work together on a plan of action.
Just some of the support on offer includes:
- A professional CV
- Help with training costs
- Obtaining relevant ID
- Providing tools, clothing or transport costs
- Interview skills and practice
- On-going support when you start your new job
