This new initiative is approaching its second phase, which will improve the homes of Thornhill residents. Southampton City Council in partnership with Thornhill Plus You is aiming to renovate old kitchens and bathrooms, decoration, security, upgrade heating and electric systems and improve communal areas in blocks.
