Programme Risks

There are risks in every part of our lives and for every organisation. By identifying and managing these risks, we can limit our exposure to them and enable us to achieve our goals more easily.

Our projects already manage their risks, through a risk register which is regularly reviewed by Thornhill Plus You staff. But it is also important to manage risks to the Programme that are not picked up by these projects.
The recently introduced Corporate Risk Management process does this, by identifying and managing risks at a strategic level.

Click on the link below to access the Corporate Risk Register. This is a summary of the number and scale (impact and likelihood) of risks relating to each strategy within the Programme. By clicking on the strategy name, you can access the risk register for that strategy, and view the specific risks identified.
