EASTER ACTIVITY MADNESS IN THORNHILL

This Easter holiday, young people in Thornhill have the difficult task of working out how many of the activities they will be taking part in over the school break. The notorious yellow leaflet organised by Motiv8 Thornhill, is a comprehensive guide of activities for young people in Thornhill to take part in.

The leaflets have been distributed to local primary schools, youth centres and community centres to encourage young people to take part in some of the forty activities organised. Some of the exciting activities include:

•  A groovy Hip-Hop and Street Dance session.

•  A trip to the Southampton Mayflower to see Starlight Express.

•  A Cheerleading Workshop.

•  ‘Cuddle-Me-Do Farmyard' for younger residents to experience the sights, smells and feel of the farmyard and the baby animals.

Kirsty Ball from Motiv8 Thornhill commented: “This year the famous ‘yellow leaflet' is packed full of innovative and diverse activities for young people in Thornhill to take part in. The young people and parents are thrilled that there are so many activities for them to fill-up their Easter holidays.”
